Great place, great breakfast

In the room, the bathroom door was Just a wooden Board that slided in Front of the door. So, it was Not sound-proof at all, Not smell-proof, and did Not close properly. So, the room was okay but this would need some improvement. Also, the shower was Designed in a way that would easily spill water all over the bathroom.

Great facilities but not the best room for a solo traveller

The gym was fantastic. Great equipment for working out. The breakfast had an extensive range to choose from and catered for all dietary requirements. The outside pool area was very. Lean and relaxing with comfortable beds

The room was very disappointing. The size of the room was so small. The picture on line made it appear a lot larger. The lighting was limited to certain areas and on a evening when showering limited light in the bathroom The wardrobe didn’t provide much space for clothing No kettle in the room. It felt like a cupboard yet the cost for a night was over a £100 which was excessive.

Great location close to the beach by 5 min walk, many restaurants, bars and supermarkets same area. Big and clean swimming pool with dj. Delicious breakfast with many food options, and a restaurant for dinner with a big good menu. Friendly staff. Clean.

Not soundproof walls at all, we could hear everything in the rooms next to us and in the hallway. We didn’t sleep good.

Really close to the airport so great spot for a pool day before heading home. Friendly and helpful staff, food is nice and reasonably priced

Rooms are very loud - although they do provide earplugs. Also booked a double but had two single beds separately made and pushed together

Lovely stay, a little effort would bring the hotel to a higher rating.

The pool bar and beach area was lovely. Good music and nice food at the restaurant. Drinks by the pool where a good price, the sangria jugs where €22 and gave us almost 4 glasses each. Breakfast had a huge amount of choices and was delicious. Beds were comfy and the shower was good. Nice location with restaurants and bars near by. Good security as nobody can enter the hotel without each person showing their wristband. The pool beds and area are very comfortable and loads of different places to sit and relax either bean bags tables or pool beds. Overall a nice stay! Nightlife was close by, but if you want to be out all night you may want to try elsewhere but it was more than enough for a few nights.

The hotel is pretty, but there were lots of areas that weren’t renovated up to scratch. The floors where a bit broken in the room and overall lots of areas looked like they were renovated in a rush or cheaply. The pool was great but the staff don’t allow you to reserve beds, and will take your hotel or personal towels away. Something we weren’t told. Wasn’t directly a problem for us but many people where upset to find their towels taken and no way of knowing who’s towel is which upon retrieval so you can end up with someone else’s used towel. . The pool doesn’t open until 10, so if you are an early morning swimmer you won’t be able to get in for a dip. They also sell snacks in the vending machine in the hotel but you aren’t allowed to actually eat them anywhere but you room which seemed a bit strange.

Definitely a party hotel but we enjoyed the chilled evenings with the DJ.

Staff were great.

Not a lot of privacy to the en-suite toilet. The door is a sliding panel.

Nice, a bit expensive.

The pool and the bar are very nice, it is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing, a big variety of food even with vegetarian and vegan options.

I put the "don't need cleaning, don't disturb" sign on my door and the cleaning staff came in three times and ended up cleaning the room anyway. I wanted to relax in my room and pack for my plane in peace and when i left the room they came in and misplaced my stuff.

Good

Very beautiful and young orientated hotel, the breakfast buffet was trully amazing. We also dinned in one night at the cantina, the burgers and oven potatoes were a dream and affordable. The pool side was also very beautiful and enjoyable, great sunbeds!

The walls are very thin. Unfortunately our room was right next to the elevators and we could hear every guest that passed by on all hours of the day/night. The worst was at 2-5 am when the guests came back to the hotel. They did provide earplugs which were a but helpfull.

Great pool and bar area, the hotel is in a perfect location for the beach and bars/restaurants, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is nice, the rooms are clean and the shower is nice and powerful.

The rooms look great and are clean, however it looks like they have been cheaply renovated. The paint in the bathroom is flaking/peeling off and on the floor you can see the old markings of where the sink or toilet used to be. Other than these minor issues the room was great

Very relaxing and aesthetically pleasing

Great breakfast. DJ round the pool very good and sunbeds were very comfortable. Drinks and food were affordable unlike a lot of other places so nice to have a few drinks round the pool in the day

Having to either pay for the safe in the room or not use it and feel like your valuables were at risk. Everything else in the hotel was great but this made it feel like they were being a bit cheap. The safe is already in the room and personally i don't think it is a feature that you should be charged for

The room is a bit dark. There are 2 bedside lamps and one desk lamp. No lamp on the ceiling. Paper thin walls. You can hear people talking, who are walking by your room, flush toilets in the next room, you can hear them walk in the room upstairs.
